  • Project Description:$32 million 212,973 sf, 12 story, luxury condominiums with 56 units including three levels of below grade parking and numerous high-end water features and amenities.
  • Unique Features: Several spacious floor plans are available, ranging from 2,400 to 4,250 square feet, and the layout is intimate - only four to five per floor. Esplanade Place also features a selection of products, appliances and finishes that are among the finest available, with granite and natural stone accents to create and innovative elegance. "There's nothing like this in Phoenix and we're very excited about it," said Geoffrey H. Edmunds. "This will be an elegant building and a quality development. We're using the finest building materials available and equipping each home with top of the line applicances and fixtures." Esplanade Place includes a secured, access-controlled underground parking structure with direct, car-to-residence elevator service. A grand porte cachere leads to an elegant doorman staffed lobby that features a dramatic 12-foot cascading wall of water. A concierge is on hand to assist residents, and a distinguished clubroom is available for private dinners or meetings. A full-service business center and state-of-the-art fitness center are also available. Another luxury element of Esplanade Place is the many hotel-style amenities available. This is one of the few residential buildings in the Valley offering conveniences like a rooftop spa, negative-edge pool, valet parking, on-site maintenance and laundry/dry cleaning services.
