- Project Description:$32 million 212,973 sf, 12 story, luxury condominiums with 56 units including three levels of below grade parking and numerous high-end water features and amenities.
- Unique Features: Several spacious floor plans are available, ranging from 2,400 to 4,250 square feet, and the layout is intimate - only four to five per floor. Esplanade Place also features a selection of products, appliances and finishes that are among the finest available, with granite and natural stone accents to create and innovative elegance.
