- Project Description:A true master planned community, Anthem, Arizona is located in the foothills of the high Sonoran desert. The community of Anthem is a city unto itself. It offers a beautiful guard gated golfing community as well as warm and inviting traditional neighborhoods.
- Unique Features: Anthem although it is one huge Master Planned Community it is actually divided into two areas. Anthem Country Club and Anthem Parkside. As a good Master Planned Community, it provided the land and built the commercial infrastructure. It has two elementary schools, shopping and dining facilities. Additional commercial ventures are circling the outskirts of the residential areas creating an almost self sufficient community. Anthem borders I-17 with it's rapid access to the city of Phoenix. It is at a higher elevation than the valley and summer temperatures will run as much as 10 degrees lower than the city below it. The higher elevation also lays claim to cleaner air when the city pollution levels rise.
